Upping the Ante

Greetings from Niagara Falls!!!!  We arrived last night and are having an absolutely FABULOUS time.  I only have a second, but I wanted to thank you all again for your prayers for our family, AND I wanted to share one other thing with you...

Hey here's a few things we like for packed lunches!
1. Whole wheat tortillas spread with cream cheese and any diced veggie:carrot, onion, broccoli, cheeses, ranch, cucumber then roll and slice into pinwheels.
2. Chicken salad sandwiches for something different. I have a good recipe if you'd like.
3. Melt dark chocolate and stir in a whole wheat cereal, coconut or nuts scoop on to wax paper and freeze for a healthier snack.
4. We use tortillas for most of our sandwiches because they don't seem to get soggy like bread.
5. Walking tacos: one single serve doritos or corn chips, then put some cheese, lettuce, salsa, chicken or beef in another bag, she can crush the chips and mix to eat which most kids find fun.
6. I cut baggies of mixed veggies for the whole week at one time for joe's lunches.
